Where do you deliver?

At the present time, Netgrocer delivers to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO and Diplomatic Pouch zip codes. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Do I have to be home to get my orders?

Netgrocer is currently using a FedEx service which does not require a customer signature. Therefore you do not have to be home to receive your groceries.

 

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, click "My Account". If you are not signed in you will be asked to sign in. Click "Order History". A list of your orders will be displayed. If the order you wish to cancel is within the two-hour window a "Cancel" link will be displayed under "Options Available for Order". Click on the word "Cancel". Netgrocer wants to make sure you do not accidentally cancel an order, and therefore a button with the order number appears. Click on the button with the word Cancel and the order number, and that order will be canceled automatically. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been processed by our warehouse.

 

Is there a fee if I cancel an order?

Netgrocer gives you a two hour window to cancel or change your order. After this time, we will try to stop your shipment in our warehouse, if possible. If we are unable to stop the shipment, we will have to charge you the shipping charges to retrieve the packages.

 

What do I do if I Forget My Password?

On the Netgrocer sign in page, Click on "Forgot your password?". You will then be given a chance to enter your Email Address and have your password sent to you.

 

 

Can I change my email address?

Netgrocer allows you to update your account information. You can update your email address, credit card bill to address, and ship to address by clicking on "My Account" and then "Update Account". Please remember that this is the place you change your bill to address if you have recently moved.

 

How do I find out the shipping charges?

Click on the "Shipping Info" Link on the bottom of every page to see our latest rates, estimated delivery schedule, and special restrictions for APO/FPO and Alaska or Hawaii orders.
