Place cavatelli in 3-4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling salted water. 3. Stir until all cavatelli rise to the surface. 4. When second boil occurs and all cavatelli have risen, cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness. 5. Drain and serve with sauce.
