Certified Organic Durum Semolina Pasta (Organic Durum Semolina, Water), Romano Cheese from Cow's Milk (Cultured Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Buttermilk, Salt, Corn Starch, Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt and Enzymes), Natural Flavor, Onion, Garlic, Spice.

Easy to cook in 10 minutes. Best Way: Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. Stir: in pasta. Cook: at medium boil for 8 - 10 minutes or until done. Drain. While draining pasta, add 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 cup lowfat milk to saucepan to melt. Add: cheese powder and stir to mix. Return pasta to pan and mix well. Light Preparation: Prepare as above but eliminate butter. (69% less fat and 27% fewer calories). Microwave Cooking: In a microwavable 2 quart casserole, combine 2 cups water with pasta. Microwave on high uncovered for 15 minutes. Stop and stir halfway during cooking. Remove from microwave, drain if necessary. Add 1/2 cup lowfat milk,2 Tbsp. butter and cheese. Cooking temperatures vary between oven models and may effect cook time. These are guidelines only.
