Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking directions: Microwave Oven: 1. Remove film cover. Microwave on High 2 minutes. 2. Rearrange fish sticks, stir macaroni & cheese. 3. Microwave an additional 30 seconds to 45 seconds; let stand 2 minutes. Carefully remove as product will be hot; stir macaroni & cheese. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove film cover from fish sticks, slit film over pudding. Bake on cookie sheet in center of oven 20 to 24 minutes. Carefully remove as product will be hot. Let stand 2 minutes; stir macaroni & cheese. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Temperatures above 350 degrees F and/or failure to use a cookie sheet may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
