Microwave: 1. Pour 2 cups hot water and 1 pouch potatoes and seasoning into 1.5 quart microwavable casserole or bowl; stir until completely moistened. 2. Cover with microwavable plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent steam. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir with fork until blended, then whip until smooth. Stove-Top: 1. Empty 1 pouch potatoes and seasoning into medium bowl. Stir in 2 cups boiling water; stir until completely moistened. (Note: To prevent boilover, add boiling water to Potatoes and Seasoning; do not stir potatoes and seasoning into boiling water). 2. Let stand 2 minutes or until water is absorbed. Whip with fork until smooth. Tips: For stiffer potatoes, let stand 1 to 2 minutes after whipping. Foe extra creamy potatoes, stir i n more hot water, 1 tablespoon at a time. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): no change. Refrigerate leftovers.
