Whole Grain Brown Rice.

To cook as a hot breakfast cereal, just bring 3 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Add 1 cup farina turn heat down. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't overcook. Serve with honey (or brown sugar), milk and raisins. Microwave instructions: In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup farina and 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
