Whole Grain Oats.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Bring 3 cups of water 1/4 tsp of salt to a boil and add 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 10-20 minutes (depending on how chewy you like your cereal). Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for two minutes. Servers four.
