Vegan: Soy Protein Concentrate, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onions, Garlic, Tomatoes, Celery, Jalapeno Peppers), Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Spices, Corn Meal, Corn Masa Flour, Sea Salt, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Brown Rice Syrup Solids, natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, Caramel Color, Vinegar Powder, Silicon Dioxide.

Stove Top: Boil 1 3/4 cups water in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir in Fantastic World Foods Taco filling Mix and 2 tsp of oil. reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve on taco shells or corn or flour tortillas with cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, chili peppers, or your favorite condiments. Microwave: In a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe glass casserole, combine Taco Filling mix, 1 1/2 cups warm water, and 2 tsp oil. Microwave uncovered on High for 6 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
