Cooking directions: keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional oven: 1) move oven rack to middle of oven. 2) heat oven to 425ºf. arrange frozen fish sticks in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between sticks. 3) bake uncovered 14 to 16 minutes*, or until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn sticks over, halfway through cooking. *Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Microwaving is not recommended.
