To Fry: Fry bacon at 340 F. for approximately 3 minutes per side. Drain thoroughly on absorbent paper. To Bake: Place bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake at 375 F. for approximately 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain thoroughly on absorbent paper.
