You Will Need: 1 lb Lean ground beef (You can use 1 lb ground turkey instead of ground beef); 1 1/4 Cups hot water; 2 Cups milk. 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 17 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands). High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase hot water to 1 1/2 cups and simmer time to 23 minutes.
