You Will Need: 1 lb lean meat beef (You can use 1 lb ground turkey instead of ground beef); 1-1/2 cups hot water; 1-3/4 cups milk. 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in hot water; sauce mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 19 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands). High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase simmer time to about 30 min.
