Keep refrigerated. Conventional oven: Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155 - 160 degrees F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing. Grill: Heat grill. Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on grill. Grill over medium heat for 35 minutes, turning occasionally, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155 - 160 degrees F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
