1 pkg. Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix, 1/2 cup hot tap water. Prepare toppings before making crust. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add hot tap water to contents of package in bowl. Stir until moistened. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes in a warm place (about 85 degrees). Knead several times on a floured board. Grease 12 in or 14 in pan. Grease fingers and press dough on bottom and sides of pan. Dough may be shaped into a 14 in x 10 in rectangle on greased baking sheet. Pre-bake put crust in oven for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings. Top with your favorite toppings. Drain meat and other toppings before applying to crust. Bake 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden. Suggested Toppings: Add 1/2 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder to one 8 oz. can tomato sauce. Mix well. Spread on dough. Arrange 4 oz. sliced pepperoni or 1/2 lb. sausage or ground beef which has been browned with 1 cup onions. Mushrooms, green peppers and olives may be added. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
