Rice Noodles: Water, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Rice Bran Oil, Salt, Acidulants (Lactic Acid, Acetic Acid), Sodium Tripolyphosphate, DL Alpha Tocopherol (Anti-Oxidant), Sodium Carbonate. Sauce: Water, Shallots, Sugar, Soy Oil, Straw Mushrooms, Baby Corn, Onions, Peanuts, Tamarind, Soybean Curd, Garlic, Dried Shrimp, Soy Sauce (Water Soybeans, Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Fresh and Dry Chili, Caramel Color, DL Alpha Tocopherol (Anti-Oxidant).

Microwave Recipe Time: 2 minutes. Step 1. Open fresh noodle packet and empty contents into noodle box. Separate with a fork. Step 2. Open sauce packet and pour contents over the noodles. Step 3. Reseal noodle box. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Step 4. Mix thoroughly and enjoy! To open noodle box push each flap in direction of arrows. Slide out tab, reseal the same way. Refrigerate after opening.
