Long Grain Rice, Maltodextrin, Spray Dried Mayonnaise, Chopped Onion, Spices, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Salt, Vegetable Oil, (May Contain One Or More Of The Following: Corn, Soybean, Cottonseed, Peanut), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Artichoke, And Natural Flavors.

Serving Suggestion: Measure 2 Cups Of Water And 1 Teaspoon Salt Into A Heavy Saucepan (At Least 2 Qt. Capacity) And Bring To A Boil. Add A Tablespoon Of Butter Or Margarine. Stir In Contents Of Artichoke Rice Mix. Cover The Saucepan. Lower The Heat And Simmer 30 Minutes Or Until The Rice Is Tender And All The Water Is Absorbed. Makes About 3 Cups. For A Tasty Added Touch, After The Rice Is Cooked, Stir In Dried Or Fresh-Chopped Bits Of Artichoke. Serve Hot. Or Place In The Refrigerator To Cool (Just As You Would For Potato Or Macaroni Salad) And Serve Garnished With Sliced Hardboiled Eggs, Diced Mushrooms, Or Chopped Ripe Olives.
