Microwavable: You will need: 2 Quart microwavable bowl + 1-3/4 cups hot water + 4 tablespoons spread + 1/4 cup milk. Cooking: Pour macaroni into 2-quart microwavable bowl. Add 1-3/4 cups hot water. Microwave, uncovered, on High 13 to 14 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring after 7 minutes. Add 4 tbsp spread, 1/4 cup milk and cheese sauce mix; mix well. Cheese sauce will thicken upon standing. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Suggested Prep: You Will Need: 6 cups water, 4 Tbsp spread, 1/4 cup milk. Cooking: 1. Boil 6 cups water. Stir in macaroni. Boil 9 to 11 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. 2. Drain. Do not rinse. Return to pan. 3. Add 4 Tbsp. spread, 1/4 cup milk and cheese sauce mix; mix well. Light prep: 65% Less fat and 20% fewer calories than suggested preparation. Prepare as directed, using 2 tsp. unsalted butter and 1/4 cup fat free milk.
