Matzo Meal (Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Salt, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Onion, Pepper, Garlic, Celery Seed.

You Will Need: Small bowl, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 21/2 quarts cold water, 4 quart pot. 1. Mix: In a small bowl, blend 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add contents of one packet and stir with fork until evenly mixed. Place bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes. In a 4 quart pot, bring to a boil 21/2 quarts water and 2 teaspoons salt, if desired. Wet hands and form batter into balls approximately 1 inch in a diameter. 2. Boil: Drop into boiling water, cover tightly reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
