Ground Corn Treated with Lime (Corn Flour, Lime, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Folic Acid), Water, Vegetable Oils (Contains One or More of the Following: Cottonseed Oil, Corn Oil).

1. Heat - Oven: Preheat to 250 degrees F. Heat unfilled shells on baking sheet 3 minutes. Microwave: Place unfilled shells upside down on dry paper towel. Heat 1 to 2 minutes, rotating every 30 seconds. Watch carefully to avoid scorching. 2. Fill - Cook ground beef according to seasoning mix directions. Spoon the mixture into shell. 3. Serve - Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes & onion. Add salsa to taste. Enjoy!
