Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Water, Modified Cornstarch, Salt, Carrageenan, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Citric Acid, Red 3, Titanium Dioxide (Color).Usage Directions / Dosage: Hold the tube with thumb and two forefingers. Apply even pressure at the end of the tube. As the tube empties, fold the end forward for continued even flow. Practice coordinating pressure applied with speed of movement to prevent line from breaking or bunching up. Gel does not dry completely. If stacking cookies, try decorating prior to baking. Gel will bake to a shiny finish and dry when completely cool.
