Ingredients: (Vegan): Organic Couscous (Organic Durum Wheat Semolina).Usage Directions / Dosage: 2 Servings: 1/2 cup Couscous, 3/4 cup Water; 4 Servings: 1 cup Couscous, 1-1/2 cups Water; Entire Box (6 Servings): Box Couscous, 3 cups Water. Stove Top: Bring specified amount of water to boil. Add Couscous and stir. Cover, simmer for 2 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Stir to fluff. Remove from heat and allow to stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Microwave: Combine hot water and couscous in a 1-or-2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Let stand covered about 5 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed and couscous is tender. Stir before serving. (Microwave ovens vary; cooking time is approximate.) Optional: For richer flavor, add 1/2 tbsp butter per 1 cup of dry Couscous.
