Ingredients: Rolled Whole Wheat.Usage Directions / Dosage: Preparation Directions: For 1 serving use 1 cup of water, 1.2 cup of cereal and dash of salt. For 2 servings use 2 cups of water, 1 cup of cereal and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. For 3 servings use 3 cups of water, 1 and 1/2 cup of cereal and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Decrease water for thicker cereal; increase water for thinner cereal. Stove Top: 1. Boil water and salt. 2. Stir in cereal. 3. Cook about 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Microwave: (one serving) 1. Microwave water and salt on High in medium (1 -1 1/2 qt) microwavable bowl about 2-1/2 minutes. 2. Stir in cereal. 3.
