Cook on medium heat 7 to 9 min or to desired crispness, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place bacon in single layer on paper towels on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High to desired crispness. 2 Slices = 1 to 1-1/2 min; 4 Slices = 2 to 2-1/2 min. Oven: Place bacon in single layer in shallow baking pan.
