Ingredients: Water, Dehydrated Vegetables (Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Parsley), Salt, Sugar, Natural Cheese Flavor [Cheddar Cheese (Milk Cultures, Enzymes, Salt), Whey, Disodium Phosphate], Sodium Citrate, Spices (Including Basil), Sodium Diacetate, Modified Food Starch, Xanthan Gum, Oleoresin Paprika, Flavoring, Spice Extractives.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Keep refrigerated. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add fresh breasts and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 6 - 9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F, turning 3 to 4 times. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place fresh breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 12 - 15 minutes, or until internal product temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill. Grill fresh breasts, cooking 3 - 4 minutes on each side until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170 degrees F. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen breasts on foil-lined sheet and cook for 24 - 29 minutes, or until internal product temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
