Usage Directions / Dosage: Saute: In a lightly oiled, nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, brown patties for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to Medium-Low; cook for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side until cooked through and springs back to the touch. Grill: Lightly oil both patties and grill for 1 minute on each side to brown. Move patties toward the outside of grill; continue to cook for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side until cooked through and springs back to touch.
