To deep fry: Place frozen shrimp separately in shortening or oil and deep fry at 350 degrees F for 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds. Drain well on absorbent paper before serving. To Pan Fry: Place frozen shrimp 1/2 inch of hot, but not smoking, oil and fry for 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds. Turn frequently, drain and serve.
