Alba Drinks

Ingredients: Non-Fat Dry Milk (Nonfat Dry Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3), Whey, Milk Protein Concentrate (Contains Soy Flour), Modified Food Starch (from Corn), Stabilizer Blend (Sweet Whey, Cellulose Gel [Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cellulose Gum [Carboxymethylcellulose]), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Natural & Artificial Vanilla Flavor, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Soy Lecithin, Carrageenan, Sodium Caseinate, Acesulfame, Potassium, Sucralose (Splenda Brand), Artificial Flavor, Yellow No. 5 and Yellow No. 6 Colors Added.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Shaker: 1. Pour 1/2 cup ice water and 1/2 cup cold skim milk into a shaker or container with cover. 2. Add 1 packet of Alba; cover tightly. 3. Shake immediately; shake vigorously for 30 seconds until thickened. Blender: 1. Pour 2/3 cup cold water into blender. 2. Add 1 packet of Alba. 3. Cover and blend on low speed for 10 seconds. 4. Add 3 large ice cubes one at a time (or 2/3 cup crushed ice). 5. Blend on high until thickened (about 1 minute). Pudding: 1. Pour 1/2 cup ice water into a shaker or container with cover. 2. Add 1 packet of Alba; cover tightly. 3. Shake immediately; shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until thickened. 4. Pour contents into serving dish. 5. Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
