Ingredients: Mozzarella Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Olive Oil, Safflower Oil and/or Sunflower Oil and/or Canola Oil, Water, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Natural Cane Sugar, Onion Powder, Granulated Garlic Powder, Yeast, Sea Salt, Spices.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Oven Baking: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen Alexia Mozzarella Stix in a single layer on baking sheet. Heat at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. For best results, turn stix over after the first 3 - 1/2 minuets of heating. Let stand one minute before serving. Note: Oven temperatures may vary. Please adjust baking time and temperature as necessary. Microwave Use: Place frozen Mozzarella Stix in a spoke-like fashion on a microwaveable dish. Microwave uncovered on high power as indicated below, turning stix over and rotating plate halfway through heating. Let stand one minute before serving. Number of Stix: 4 - 8 - Microwave Time: 1 - 1-1/2minutes. Number of Stix: 10+ - Microwave Time: 1-1/2 - 2 minutes. Note: Microwave temperatures may vary. Please adjust cooking as necessary. Deep Frying: Deep Fry frozen Alexia Mozzarella Stix at 350 degrees F for 2-1/2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Let stand one minute before serving. Note: Frozen food may develop crystals causing hot oil to splatter. Please add product carefully.
