Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Phenylephrine HCI (0.12%), Polyvinyl Alcohol (1.4%). Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride, Edetate Disodium, Mono-and Dibasic Sodium Phosphates, Purified Water, Sodium Acetate, and Sodium Thiosulfate. May Contain Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide To Adjust pH.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to four times daily. Use only if imprinted tape seals on top and bottom flaps are intact and clearly legible. Retain this carton for future reference.

Warnings/Caution: For external use only. Overuse of this product may produce increased redness of the eye. When using this product pupils may become enlarged temporarily. Ask a doctor before use if you have narrow angle glaucoma. Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
