Ingredients: Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Gluten, Lactic Acid, Salt, Beta Carotene. Sauce: Water, Roasted Peanuts, Evaporated Cane Juice, Roasted Sesame Oil, Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybean, Salt), Rice Wine, Fresh Chili Pepper, Roasted Sesame Seeds, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Ginger, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Vegetable Extract, Fermented Dextrose, Chicory Extract, Natural Flavors. Toppings: Peanuts, Bok Choy (Chinese Mustard), Green Onions (Dehydrated), Carrot (Dehydrated), Sesame Seeds (Dehydrated), Onion (Dehydrated).

Usage Directions / Dosage: Place noodles and vegetable topping mix in bowl and add about a cup of hot water. Cover loosely with lid and microwave on High for 1-2 minutes, until noodles are hot. (Caution! Bowl will be hot after microwaving.) Using the lid, carefully drain water from bowl. Add sauce and toss well. No microwave? Add 1 cup boiling water to noodles and dry topping mix in bowl. Cover with lid and let stand one minute. Drain. Add sauce and toss well. Enjoy! Store in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
