Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Poloxamer 407, PEG-32, Hydrogen Peroxide, Phosphoric Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate.

Usage Directions / Dosage: For Best Results: Store cap down. Tap against counter prior to use. Wet toothbrush. Apply favorite fluoride-containing toothpaste. Simply squeeze an equal amount (about 1.5 grams) of whitening booster on top of your toothpaste. Do not use more than 3x per day. Brush as normal. Whitening Booster is not an anticavity fluoride-containing toothpaste. Should not be used alone. Must be used in combination with toothpaste.

Warnings/Caution: Stop usage if irritation or discomfort should occur. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact poison control center right away. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.
