Ingredients: Buttermilk, Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Flour, Eggs, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Soy Flour, Contains (2%) or Less of: Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Artificial Flavor.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Keep pancakes frozen until ready to use. Microwave: Stack pancakes on microwave safe plate. Microwave at High until warm: 1 pancake: 30 to 45 seconds, 2 pancakes: 45 to 60 seconds, 3 pancakes: 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds. Note: Microwave oven performance varies. Heating time may require adjustment for best results. Toaster: Toast at middle/medium setting until warm. Frozen pancakes may require more than one toasting cycle. Note: Toaster performance varies. Toaster setting may require adjustment for best results. Conventional oven: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes or until warm.

Warnings/Caution: Toasting should be supervised. Watch toaster while heating. Heating by children should be supervised by an adult. Do not use metal objects to remove pancakes from toaster. Contains wheat, eggs, milk, and soy.
