Ingredients: Sugar, Lemon Juice Powder (Lemon Juice Dehydrated with Corn Syrup Solids), Citric Acid (Provides Tartness), Sodium Citrate (Controls Acidity), Calcium Phosphate (Prevents Caking), Dried Egg Whites, Natural Lemon and Lime Flavors, BHA (Prolongs Freshness).

Usage Directions / Dosage: Mixing in a Shaker: 1. Put 1 jigger (1-1/2 oz) of gin and 1 jigger of cold water in a shaker. 2. Add the contents of 1 envelope of Instant Collins Mix and shake well. 3. Pour over ice into a tall (10-12 oz) glass; add about 2 jiggers of soda water, stir lightly. Garnish with lemon and/or lime.
