Usage Directions / Dosage: Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber into 4-8 oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. 12 Years to Adult: 2 Tsp 3 times a daily (Not to exceed 6 tsp per day). 6 to 11 Years: 1 Tsp 3 times daily (Not to exceed 3 tsp per day). Under 6 Years: Ask your doctor before use. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from moisture.
