Usage Directions / Dosage: Adults: Take 3 caplets up to 3 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet. Swallow with liquid. Do not exceed 9 caplets per day. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68 - 77 degrees F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture.
