Benefiber

Ingredients: Wheat Dextrin, Calcium Gluconate, Calcium Lactate, Potassium Citrate.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Adults: Stir 1 level tablespoon of Benefiber into 8 oz of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Do not exceed 1 serving daily. Not intended for carbonated beverages. Do not bring to a boil. 12 Years to Adult: 1 Level tablespoon - do not exceed one serving daily. 6 to 11 Years: 1 Level tablespoon - do not exceed one serving daily. Under 6 Years: Ask a doctor before use. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture. Secure cap tightly after each use.

Warnings/Caution: Do not use if you have kidney disease; you have heart disease; you are on a potassium-restricted diet. Consult a doctor before use if you are being treated for high blood pressure; you are pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children.
