Usage Directions / Dosage: You Will Need: 2 Cups boiling water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Oven: 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole. 2. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Refrigerate leftovers. Baking Tips: For 2 boxes, double all ingredients; bake in 3-qt casserole about 25 min. Bake potatoes and roast meat at same time: 325 degrees F about 55 min; 350 degrees F about 45 min; 375 degrees F about 40 min. Stove-Top: 1. Heat potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter just to a boil in 2-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally (watch carefully to avoid boilover). 2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft): Oven: For 1 box, increase boiling water to 2 1/4 cups. For 2 boxes, increase boiling water to 4 1/4 cups. Stove-Top: No change. Refrigerate leftovers.
