Ingredients: Active: Each Teaspoonful (5ml) contains: 12.5 mg Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide in a sugar-free base. Other: Ammonium Carbonate, Camphor, Canada Balsam, Carrageenan, Glycerine, Menthol, Pine Needle Oil, Sodium Butylparaben, Sodium Propylparaben (as preservatives), Sodium Saccharin, Tincture of Capsicum, Water.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Shake well before taking. Adults and children 12 years and older: One and a half teaspoonfuls every four hours. Do not exceed six doses in 24 hours. Children: 6 to under 12 years of age: Three quarters of a teaspoonful every four hours. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 6 unless directed by a physician.
