Ingredients: A Sterile Isotonic Solution with a Borate Buffer System, Sodium Chloride, Hypromellose and Glycerin, Plus Sorbic Acid (0.25%) and Edetate Disodium (0.1%) as the Preservatives.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Clear Eyes Contact Lens Relief may be used as needed throughout the day while wearing lenses. See package insert printed on inside of carton for complete directions for use and important safety information.

Warnings/Caution: To avoid contamination, do not touch dropper tip to any surface. Cap should be replaced after every use. Tamper Evident: Do not use if neckband on bottle is broken or missing.
