Usage Directions / Dosage: 1) Apply color to clean lips. 2) Don't press lips together. Let dry 60 seconds. 3) Apply moisturizing topcoat for shine and comfort. During the day use it like a lip balm to refresh your look and feel. To remove Outlast, use make-up remover for eyes and lips, baby oil or petroleum jelly.
