Usage Directions / Dosage: To Wear: Holding neoprene edge, slide over foot until heel slips into opening. Care: Wash with mils soap in warm (not hot) water and rinse well; air dry. Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Size: Male or female, measure around ankle, just above the large bone. Fits right or left ankle. Small: 6.75 - 8.25 in. Medium: 8.25 - 9.75 in. Large: 9.75 - 11.25 in. If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician.
