Ingredients: Water, Textured Sot Protein Concentrate, Soy Flour, Tapioca Starch, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Whole Wheat), Less than 2% of: Maltodextrin, Caramel Color, Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Protein, Barley Malt, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Salt, Molasses, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Vegetable Gum, Onion, Vital Wheat Gluten, Xanthan Gum, Soy Milk Powder.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Keep refrigerated. Gimme Lean is best when served hot! Use Gimme Lean as you would ground beef in all your favorite recipes. For Fantastic Meatballs: Roll into 1/2 inch balls and brown in oil for 7-10 minutes. For Juicy Burgers: Form into patties, season and brown each side in oil for 5 minutes. Use in marinara sauce, shepherd's pie, lasagna, chili, tacos, sloppy joes, nachos, stuffed peppers, or as a pizza topping, simply brown in an oiled skillet for a few minutes. Storage: will last 5-7 days after opening. Wrap tightly and refrigerate. Open package carefully with kitchen scissors by cutting off each end clip and along the length between each end.
