Usage Directions / Dosage: Keep refrigerated. Microwave: Pierce bag with a fork. Place bag on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on High for 4-5 minutes. (Because of differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary.) Remove dish from microwave. Open bag carefully, vegetables will be hot and package will steam. Steam: Fill pan with approximately 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Take vegetables out of bag. Rinsing them isn't necessary. Add vegetables to pan and cover. Steam until tender, yet crisp, 3-4 minutes.
