Ingredients: Proprietary Blend: Green Tea Leaf Standardized Extract, Hoodia Gordonii (from Genuine South African 20:1 Extract) (Aerial Parts), Grape Seed Standardized Extract, Eleuthero Root Standardized Extract, Fo Ti Root, Garcinia Fruit Standardized Extract, Guarana Seed Standardized Extract, Bladderwrack Kelp and Gotu Kola (Whole Plant). Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose.

Usage Directions / Dosage: Take one Mega-T Plus caplet twice a day. Take 30 minutes prior to a meal, with a full glass of water. Follow the enclosed diet and exercise plan. Store at 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C). Protect from heat, light and moisture.

Warnings/Caution: Contains soy. Keep out of reach of children. For adults only (18 years and older). Do not take more than 2 caplets daily (taking more will not help you lose weight faster). Do not use if pregnant or breast feeding, taking prescription medicines, sensitive to caffeine (this product contains a total of 50 mg of caffeine per caplet), suffering from any medical diseases or conditions. Discontinue use and consult physician if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches, shortness of breath or other similar symptoms.
