Ingredients: Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Vinegar, and Benzoic Acid.

Usage Directions / Dosage: When to Douche: You may douche after your menstrual period to feel fresh and clean. Douche after using contraceptive jellies and creams (check your contraceptive instructions first) after intercourse or to rinse away normal secretions that may build up. Remove cap from bottle, hold upright and screw on nozzle. Slowly insert nozzle into vagina, about 3 inches. Gently squeeze bottle until liquid is dispensed. Use while sitting on the toilet, standing in the shower or in the tub.

Warnings/Caution: If printed safety seal on top or bottom flap is torn or missing, do not use. Douche only as directed for conventional cleansing. Douches should not be used more than twice a week. If dryness or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not douche while pregnant unless directed by a physician. Douches are not contraceptives and should not be used to prevent pregnancy. If you are having frequent and painful urination, lower abdominal pain, genital sores or ulcers, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or if vaginal discharge is an unusual amount, odor, or color you may have an STD (sexually transmitted disease) or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease). Douches should not be used for treatment of an STD or PID. If you have any of these symptoms do not douche and contact your physician immediately.
