1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (about 4) (Cut chicken into thin stripes and melt margarine in skillet before cooking) plus 1 tbsp margarine or butter; Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix. 1. Cook Filling: Make meat filling as directed on packed of Taco Seasoning. 2. Heat Taco Shells (For crisp and more flavorful Shells, bake as directed). Oven (Recommended): Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove Shells from package; place on cookie sheet. Pull stack apart, overlapping edges slightly. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until crisp. (Caution: Do not heat shells in toaster oven due to possible risk of fire.) Microwave: Remove Shells from package; place on microwaveable plate. Fan out in circular shape, overlapping edges slightly. Microwave on High 45 seconds or until warm. 3. Serve: Spoon meat filling into shells. Top as desired. Refrigerate any leftovers.
