Saute: Form burgers, over Medium-High heat, heat a lightly oiled nonstick skillet. Add burger, brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until cooked through and springs back to touch. Grill: For burgers and place on hot center of lightly oiled grill. Brown burgers 1 to 2 minutes on each side mover to cooler edge of grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each until cooked through and springs back to touch.
