Durum Wheat Semolina Enriched with Niacin, Folic Acid, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Water.

Cook pasta in rapidly boiling salted water (about 4-5 quarts per pound of dried pasta) until al dente (slightly firm or to the tooth). Drain. Return pasta to the pot. Immediately stir in about 1/2 cup sauce, and a few torn basil leaves. Place over high heat and , using a wooden spoon, toss pasta and sauce together for about 1 minute. Pour into a large, shallow serving bowl or portion onto individual plates and top with additional sauce. This method allows the cooked pasta time to absorb the sauce rather than letting the sauce simply coat the surface with pasta. Additionally, you use less sauce, which allows you to really taste the flavorful pasta.
