Dough Mixture: Enriched Semolina Flour (Semolina Flour [Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid]), Water, Eggs. Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Whole Milk, Skim Milk, Whey, Vinegar, Salt), Whole Eggs, Imported Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt), Salt, Modified Food Starch (Corn), Parsley, Spices.

Keep frozen. Do not defrost. Bring 4 qts of water to a boil, add 1 tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water, reduce heat to a low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 8-12 minutes, until ravioli floats or until tender. Drain well and serve.
