Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. Microwave Oven Cooking For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Since microwave oven wattage varies, cooking times may require adjusting: 1. Remove pouch from box. Pierce pouch several times to vent. 2. Place on microwave safe plate. Cook on high 7-7 1/2 minutes. 2 pouches: 9-10 min. 3. Carefully remove plate with pouch from microwave and enjoy! Boiling water cooking: Remove pouch from box. Place pouch in boiling water. Do not cover. Simmer 16-18 minutes. Carefully remove pouch from boiling water. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Keep frozen until ready to use.
